According to the European Tax Legislation, Upperside Conferences has to invoice all exhibition costs with 19,60% French Value Added Tax (TVA). Sponsoring costs are not subject to the VAT for foreign companies.
Full Conference-Pass gives access to the conference room and exhibition, proceedings, coffee breaks & luncheons during the 4-day event. Value Euros 2,450 (VAT not included).
Exhibition invitation gives access to the exhibition and coffee breaks only. Value Euros 150 (VAT not included).
